1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges only under the following conditions:

• The item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
• The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.
• The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags and certificates (if applicable).

Non-Returnable Items:

• Customized or personalized jewelry.
• Earrings (for hygiene reasons).
• Items damaged due to mishandling after delivery.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

2. Attach images of the product showing defects/damage (if applicable).
3. Once approved, we will arrange for a pickup or guide you on the return process.

Note: Customers must securely pack the item to prevent damage during return shipping.

3. Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed only after the returned item passes our quality inspection.
• If approved, refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

In case of payment failures or delays, please contact your bank or payment provider.

4. Exchange Policy

• If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and mention your preferred replacement.
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement if not shipped.
• Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
• Refunds for cancellations (if applicable) will be processed within 5-7 business days.
