• We deliver across India to all major cities and towns.
• International shipping is currently not available.

2. Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after confirmation.
• Customized or made-to-order jewelry may take additional processing time, which will be communicated to the customer.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges vary based on the delivery location and order value.
• Free shipping may be applicable on specific orders as per ongoing promotions.
• The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

• Metro Cities: 3-5 business days.
• Other Cities & Rural Areas: 5-10 business days.
• Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions, strikes, or delays from logistics partners.

5. Order Tracking

• Once the order is dispatched, customers will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS.
• Customers can track their orders through the logistics partner’s website.

6. Delivery Terms

• Deliveries will be made to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure accuracy in shipping details.
• If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt re-delivery or request pickup from the nearest courier office.
• If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or non-availability, re-shipping charges may apply.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

• If you receive a damaged package, report it to us within 24 hours with images of the package and product.
• If an order is lost in transit, we will work with the logistics partner to resolve the issue or offer a replacement/refund.

8. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

• COD service is available for select pin codes.
• Customers must provide a valid phone number for order confirmation.
• Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in the suspension of the COD option for that customer.
